I decided to challenge some widely-accepted beliefs to try to figure out why exercise is so good for us and yet, most of us struggle to get in the minimum daily physical activity; or why we take motivation to be the cornerstone of our journey to achieve our goals, even though we have long realized that motivation alone does not guarantee success.
