FROM IRRITATED TO ACCOMPLISHED 

Krisztina started her fitness journey in the same place you may be standing right now; scared, frustrated, lost, misinformed. She was the first to quit, always making excuses, and always giving up before she had the chance to change.

 

The change happened on her first obstacle race where she miserably failed every single obstacle. Being confronted with all of these failures made her feel awful about herself. And so, she changed her approach. She dove headfirst into research studying books on exercise, performance, nutrition, and learned to understand the power of changing habits.

 

She put her thoughts into action and she had achieved confidence like never before becoming a Spartan obstacle competitor, certified personal trainer and nutritionist and thus, Occupation: STRONG was born.

 

Krisztina is determined to save others from misinformation and the toxic habits she found herself developing. She’s here to show you that health and fitness is achievable for anyone willing to put in the work!
